Privacy and Security
We value our customers and respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information outside our network. The information we gather is solely used to help your shopping experience and to include our customers on special deals and savings.

Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from Car-Go Collection website it may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, less any shipping charges. Seasonal and SALE items are non-returnable. A store credit will be issued for obviously unused merchandise.

All returns are handled via email. You will be asked to fill out a Return Form and then provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Item to be returned must be shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging, in its original condition, and with receipt. Car-Go Collection is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.

Pricing Policy
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information, but mistakes and typographical errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct those errors and apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping
Items will ship USPS in 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax applied to purchases, except for orders shipped within Kentucky.
